Answers:

1. What kind of security do you provide for client information?
We maintain multilevel, twenty-four / seven security and have never experienced a security breach. For obvious reasons we cannot reveal any other information about our security systems and programs. However, we do ensure that our employees are bonded and insured and that only employees with security clearances process classified information.

2. How much do your services cost?
Our clients have told us that we are 15 to 45 percent less expensive than our competition because of our efficiencies and one-stop-shopping capability. Please contact our sales staff to discuss your specific needs. Pricing depends on the size, complexity, and timing of your needs.

3. Is there any type of electronic document or file that you cannot capture and convert?
We have never encountered a document, file, or drive that we could not capture and convert. We support more than 900 different file formats.

4. Can you search through emails and print only what is relevant?
Yes.

5. Can you index a list of documents?
Yes.

6. Can you pre-search the documents to eliminate duplicates?
Yes.

7. What do you do about empty columns on spreadsheets?
Cricket can eliminate empty columns to streamline printing and transmission.

8. What do you do about hidden data and formulas in spreadsheet files?
Spreadsheet files are converted with a report showing any invisible information embedded in the data.

9. Can you track the production history of a document from the beginning of a case to trial?
Yes. Our system preserves the paradigm of keeping one intact original set and maintaining version control.

10. Does your system have any restrictions or limits on labeling documents?
No.

11. Do you print the email attachments with the email?
Yes. The email message is followed by the attachments.

12. Are documents printed in any order?
Yes, in descending chronological order, newest first, with an email message followed by the attachments.

13. Which image format, TIFF or PDF, do you use?
We will convert to either, depending on the client’s specifications. TIFF (Tagged Image File Format) is a widely used image file structure that consists of a series of headers or tags plus image data. While Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF) is being adopted by some courts and government agencies, PDF is associated with some risk of alteration through font substitution, among other things. TIFF has no known risk of alteration. There are no other significant advantages or disadvantages to using either format.

14. Do TIFF files require more space to store than PDF files?
Not the way Cricket handles them.

15. Can Cricket restore lost documents or a network drive?
Cricket can find deleted documents on hard drives but generally refers network restoration to a forensic data recovery firm partner.

16. Can documents stored in electronic files be protected from alteration?
Yes. Cricket maintains an original version of each document. If anyone tries to create a new version of the original, the metadata preserved with the original will confirm its authenticity as the original.

17. Is Cricket capable of providing digital authentication?
Yes.

18. Can you capture and convert information from websites?
Yes, Cricket can mine Internet, intranet, and extranet sites, including updates.

19. Does Cricket work with resellers?
Yes. Please contact our sales department.
